Quantity Surveyor

Job scope:

• Pre contract administration.
• Post contract management.
• Monitor sub-contractor and stages of contructions by keeping up to date with contruction methods and materials.
• Monitor closely the project costs and put up project cost reports on a scheduled & ad-hoc basis.
• Able to handle site-based management and be hands-on for the entire project cycle.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
• Contruction estimating or finance experience is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields.
